Jacaerys Velaryon's mission to White Harbor
On this tab
Prince Jacaerys Velaryon flew Vermax to White Harbor, sent by his mother, Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen, to win House Manderly's support in the war that had broken out over the Iron Throne.
The northern port, with its fleet and its knights, was a prize both sides of the Dance of the Dragons wanted for their own.
Journey to White Harbor
As soon as the Dance of the Dragons began, Prince Jacaerys Velaryon flew Vermax to White Harbor. He came in the name of his mother, Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen, to ask House Manderly for its support for the Blacks.
House Manderly agreed to declare for Rhaenyra, adding White Harbor to the northern lords backing the queen in the war.
