Rhaenyra TargaryenAs soon as the Dance of the Dragons began, Prince Jacaerys Velaryon flew Vermax to White Harbor. He came in the name of his mother, Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen, to ask House Manderly for its support for the Blacks.
House Manderly agreed to declare for Rhaenyra, adding White Harbor to the northern lords backing the queen in the war.
