Arya Flint
Arya Flint was a woman of House Stark, wife to Rodrik Stark and mother of his two daughters, Branda and Lyarra. Little survives of her beyond a name and a marriage, but Old Nan remembers her for one specific thing: she claims it is Arya Flint's blood that makes certain Starks such good climbers.
