Benjen Stark was head of House Stark and Lord of Winterfell, the northern seat from which he ruled as Warden of the North.

His place in the house's memory rests on his marriage to Lady Lysa Locke and the two sons he had with her, through whom the line continued.

Marriage to Lysa Locke

As head of House Stark, Benjen took Lady Lysa Locke as his wife. The marriage produced two sons, Rickon and Bennard, who carried the Stark name into the next generation.
