Jon Baratheon
Jon Baratheon appears only in supplementary material for the television series, within the House Umber genealogy set out in Lineages and Histories of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms. He was one of fifteen children born to William Baratheon and Martyna Mullendore, and nothing else about him has survived beyond his place on that list of siblings.
Chapter 1
One of fifteen siblings
Show only
Among the offspring of William Baratheon and Martyna Mullendore, Jon is listed alongside a large group of brothers and sisters: William, Martyn, Mace, Orys, Theodor, Bryte, Tommax, Brune, Gude, Lex, Lorax, Wineiri, Miriam, and Argella. No particular trait, age, or birth order sets him apart from that group; his presence amounts to a single slot in the family tree.
Chapter 2
A record absent from the novels
Show only
His existence does not come from A Song of Ice and Fire, where this character never appears, but from a genealogical document tied to House Umber, produced as companion material for the show. It is only there that his parentage and his place among the Baratheons are set down.
