Erwin Lannister
Erwin Lannister was a knight of House Lannister who served during the reign of Aegon III Targaryen.
He was given command of a fleet mustered at the Beacons for Lady Johanna Lannister's war against the Ironborn, meant to wrest Fair Isle back from Lord Dalton Greyjoy.

Aegon III TargaryenWhen Lady Johanna Lannister went to war against the Ironborn, hoping to wrest Fair Isle back from Lord Dalton Greyjoy, she put Ser Erwin in charge of a fleet mustered at the Beacons: fishing boats and cogs, sharing command with Lord Tarbeck and Lord Prester. A hundred knights and three thousand soldiers rode with that fleet.
The expedition never got underway: a betrayal had warned the enemy, and the ships sat waiting for an order that was never meant to come. Erwin's head was sent back to Casterly Rock, and Lord Greyjoy called it "the payment for his uncle."
