Jeyne Lannister

Jeyne married Tytos Lannister in 235 AC in a double ceremony: that same day, Tytos's older brother Ser Tion wed Ellyn Reyne. Tion died the following year, leaving Ellyn a widow just as the influence she had built over Casterly Rock began to slip away.

Ellyn had once pushed aside a betrothed of Tion's to marry him herself, and she tried the same approach with Tytos: an attempt at seduction. Tytos, too intimidated to go through with it, was overcome with guilt and confessed everything to his wife. Jeyne forgave her husband but not Ellyn, and brought the matter to Lord Gerold Lannister, who married Ellyn off to Walderan Tarbeck and had her removed from Casterly Rock.

In 242 AC Jeyne gave Tytos an heir, Tywin. Two years later came another son, Kevan, and the year after that a daughter, Genna. Later still she had another son, Tygett.

In 255 AC her fifth child, Gerion, was born healthy. Jeyne died within a month.
