Ceira Lannister
Ceira Lannister is a noblewoman of House Lannister, widowed mother of Jason and Tyland Lannister, who appears among the courtiers surrounding King Viserys I Targaryen in King's Landing.
Her presence at the great occasions of the court — a royal celebration, a wedding between two great houses — marks her as a witness to the alliances woven among the realm's noble families.

Tyland LannisterCeira was widowed by the former Lord of Casterly Rock; no record survives of the house into which she was born. Two sons came from that marriage: Jason, who would go on to inherit the lordship, and Tyland.

Laenor VelaryonCeira was among the lords and courtiers who attended King Viserys I Targaryen and Queen Alicent Hightower when the court marked the second nameday of Prince Aegon. Before the guests rode out to hunt in the Kingswood, she spent time speaking with the queen and other highborn women about events unfolding at the Stepstones.
Later, alongside her sons and the rest of her family, she attended the opening feast of the wedding between Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and Laenor Velaryon.
