Damon Lannister
Not to be confused with Damon Lannister (son of Jason).
Damon Lannister, known as the Gray Lion, led House Lannister as Lord of Casterly Rock during the reign of Daeron II Targaryen, holding also the titles of Shield of Lannisport and Warden of the West. He married Cerissa Brax, with whom he had two sons, Tybolt and Gerold.
In the tourney lists his name is tied more to defeat than to victory: he lost jousts against several knights over the years, among them a notable bout with Lord Leo Tyrell at the Ashford Tourney.
