Jocasta Tarbeck
Jocasta Tarbeck was the wife of Lord Lyman Lannister, lord of Casterly Rock during the reigns of Maegor I and Jaehaerys I Targaryen.
She is remembered for one particular moment: within the walls of Casterly Rock, she was the first to notice that Princess Rhaena Targaryen — sheltering there with her brother and husband, Prince Aegon, as they fled their uncle King Maegor the Cruel — was carrying a child.

Shelter at Casterly Rock

When Rhaena Targaryen and her brother and husband, Prince Aegon, hid at Casterly Rock to escape their uncle King Maegor's persecution, it was Jocasta who first realized Rhaena was pregnant.
Months later, within the castle, Rhaena gave birth to twin girls, Aerea and Rhaella.

The wedding at Fair Isle

In early 49 AC, Jocasta and her husband travelled to Fair Isle to attend Rhaena's wedding to Androw Farman.

A dragon's egg for House Lannister

Early in 50 AC, after being cast out of Fair Isle, Rhaena again found the doors of Casterly Rock open to her, where Jocasta and Lyman welcomed her with a great feast.
During her stay, Jocasta suggested that Rhaena give one of her dragon's eggs to House Lannister as payment for the shelter she had received. Rhaena gave no answer to the suggestion, and a month after arriving she left Casterly Rock with her companions.
