Jocelyn Stark
Jocelyn Stark was a daughter of House Stark, born to Lord Willam Stark and Lady Melantha Blackwood. Her marriage to a younger son of House Royce carried Winterfell's blood into the Vale of Arryn.

Jocelyn was born of the marriage between Lord Willam Stark and Lady Melantha Blackwood, a lady of one of the great riverlands houses. She had a brother, Edwyle, who would carry the Stark name after her.
Chapter 2
The Royce match
Books only
She married Benedict Royce, one of the younger sons of Lord Raymar Royce, and had three daughters with him. Each daughter in turn married into a Vale house: one wed a Waynwood, another a Corbray, and the third, it is believed, a Templeton.
